What HealthHub says about the order

The lower front teeth usually come first, and lower teeth generally erupt before upper ones. Most children have all 20 baby teeth by age 3. The teeth fall out in the same order they arrived, starting at about 6 to 7 years, and all of them should be gone by 12.
